At Polène NL, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned leather goods must be in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all internal padding is included to maintain the bag's structure during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our artisans inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
